Oxford Products EL101 automotive (cigarette lighter) 12v power outlet mounts on handlebars from 7/8" to 1" (22-25mm), on a mirror stem or can be flat panel mounted as well. A sturdy flexible rubber cap keeps moisture and dirt out. You can use a 12v outlet to power devices or heated gear (below 120watt / 10amp) or in reverse charge your bike's battery.
