Heated gloves do not come standard with a controller. If you already have a heated jacket or vest, with controller, you can connect the gloves to the standard coax sleeve connectors. Almost all brands use the same round connector so yes, these gloves will almost certain work with your heated gear.
If you do not have heated gear and want to use only heated gloves, you need to thread a Y-cord through the sleeves of your riding jacket and connect a controller between the Y-cord and your bike.
