Shipping Information
Shipping method
Every Ebay listing has several shipping options. Enter your US zip code to see cost to your location. UPS shipments and USPS Express mail
are automatically insured up to $100. Priority Mail and First Class mail is
not insured unless you add it.
International shipments: You can change the country in the shipping
calculator.
Keep in mind that we have no control over customs, broker fees and import duty
in your country. The shipping quote is only the cost to ship it from us to you.
All items ship same day if payment arrives (or clears our bank in case of
check) before 2pm.
Payments received after 2pm
will ship the next working day. That is 2pm EST.
Insurance
Shipping is always at buyers risk. Although we rarely have packages lost,
you can request optional insurance.
We can not be held responsible for lost packages but will always do our very
best to satisfy our customers. Our excellent track rating (see
feedback) is your guarantee.
North Carolina residents will be subject to sales tax on most items.

Bid on one of

If you have purchased multiple items, you can combine these on Ebay.
If not sure how to do this, just wait and we will combine the items for you,
re-calculate shipping and email you an update.

Credit cards are never charged until your order is ready to be shipped.
An automated PayPal payment request will be sent to you at end of auction.
You can also call in your Visa/MC or AmEx card or mail us a money order or personal check.
Paypal payments: If your payment is unconfirmed
(address), we will most likely do some more checking and reserve
the right to refuse the payment.

Every few days, as long as payment is not received, we
will send out reminders.
Emails and mail can get lost or it might just slip your mind to pay us.
After 8 days, we will file a Non Paying Bidder dispute through
Ebay.
Within 30 days, we file for fee reversal with
Ebay.
Please, do not bid or place on an order if you do not intend to pay.
On FEEDBACK
We have always considered feedback to be 100% completely
optional.
Not much has changed for us under the new (may 2008) feedback changes.
Since we are too busy getting product in and out, fast and reliable, ( eBay really is a tiny part of our business) we don't bother with
feedback. BUT if you leave us a positive then we are always polite and
guaranteed leave you a positive too.

Returns & Refunds
If our Ebay listing does not have return information, it means the sale is
final.
All others have a 7 day returns policy.
If product is defective or we made a mistake, we will exchange the product or
refund your money.
Shipping charges are never refunded unless we clearly made the shipping error.
Defective product is not considered our error but we will always do our absolute
best to set things right with either a replacement (most often via our vendor or
refund)
All products are handled personally, by our small team, and inspected before
shipping which makes our return rate next to nothing.
If you received FREE Shipping on your eBay purchase,
we will deduct the original shipping cost, paid by us, from your refund.
Please email us first before you return a product.
Pack the item up and ship it to us freight pre-paid. No COD will be accepted.
In general, all returns are subject to a 7% re-stocking and $5 processing fee.
Returned product MUST be in new and unused condition with all packing materials
complete and undamaged. Damaged product or packaging may be subject to refusal
or up to 50% restocking and repacking fees.
If you want to exchange the product or accept a store credit, the re-stocking
and processing
fee will be waived in almost all cases.
Extra shipping charges might be necessary but this will be determined on a case
by case basis.
Only new unused products, in the original packaging, are eligible for refund or
exchange.
For hygiene reasons, NO returns are accepted on clothing items.

If you send us email, via your regular email client software, make sure to include
the item number and any information you can give us.
