Warm&Safe Heated Liners do not come standard with a controller. The advantage is that you can choose from several Heat-Troller models. Portable or Mounted and Single or Dual. With a single controller you have one heat zone while you have 2 separate heat zones (for instance jacket and pants) with a dual controller. All Heat-Trollers are complete with a fused battery harness and come in Coax or SAE versions. You don't need anything else to control your heated clothing.

The only difference between a Warm&Safe Gen2 and Gen3 liner is the outer shell material. A Gen3 has more wind block capacity while Gen2 will be more breathable. We also have a Tall version available in Gen3 (delivery delay possible). The tall version has a 2 inches (50mm) Longer Body and 1.5 inch (35mm) Longer Sleeves. See sizing table.

Here are some tips to help you order the correct size. If you don't have a measuring tape, use a piece of string and hold it alongside a ruler. (for men, if you use your t-shirt size you should be right on)

Chest
Lift your arms slightly and measure around your body, crossing over the fullest part of your chest.

Waist
Measure the outside of your clothing at the waist.

Sleeve
Place your hand on your hip with your arm bent at 90 degrees. Measure from the middle of the back of your neck, across the shoulder, and down your arm to the wrist.

Heat-Troller is one of the best electronic controllers available.
