Your bike won't move ever when fitted correctly. It doesn't put any unnecessary wear and tear on your bikes suspension or risk in damaging the fairing by scratching it. This motorcycle tie down system uses existing technology in an innovative way.

This is the original and genuine motorcycle tie down system,
Tyre Down engineered with quality and reliability in mind. No more looking at the back to see if the bike is still there.

Tyre Down comes complete with 1" ratchet tie downs.

Use this system in combination with a Bar-Harness or second set of tie-downs, in the front, for optimal security.

Anchor points must be fixed securely to a strong base 750mm to 900mm apart (30 inches to 36 inches) and approximately 50mm (2 inches) forward of the rear wheel axle. The rear wheel should be positioned mid way between the anchor points. Place the Tyre Down cradle over the rear tire with the axle centered. (Road Tyre Down shown below)

Remove any slack from the strapping before tightening with the ratchets. Refer to the tag on the ratchet straps for more information. The entire job takes less than a minute.

To check that Tyre Down will fit your bike drape a length of string or rope over your rear tyre with each end of the rope held to the proposed fixing points 750mm to 900mm apart. If there is no interference with any part of your bike the Tyre Down™ will fit. See illustration above.
