Security chain & locks come in many lengths and link size. The filters on the left have our chains sorted by brand, link gauge (8mm to 22mm) or specific features like round, square or hexagonal links.

Traditional chain is typically used with a padlock securing both end-links. This means a traditional chain length has approximately half it's length reach.
Noose or Cinch chains utilize almost the full length of the chain by cinching around one object and securing the other end to the second object. Usually with a strong U lock although long link Pragmasis Protector chains can be inserted back and secured anywhere in the chain.
Integrated chains have the lock built-into the chain. No separate lock is needed
