ABUS 83/55 Rock Series (solid steel body and shackle)
83 Series house key padlocks
The standard cylinder in this padlock is designed to be easily keyed to existing house keys, eliminating the need to carry extra keys. We offer this padlock with a choice of Kwikset or Schlage compatible cylinders.
Cylinder Options:
ABUS 83/55 padlocks are factory fitted with a Schlage or Kwikset * compatible cylinder with blank key.
You receive a zero bitted lock and 1 key blank per lock which will open the lock.
The idea being to re-key the cylinder to a house key you already own. You can take the lock to any locksmith to have it quickly re-keyed or if you have a pin set, it is easy to re-key yourself. The supplied blank key can be cut to your existing key.
