ABUS 83 S2-300 Brass replacement cylinder
Fits all 83 S2 series padlocks (except SFIC locks)
This Schlage SC1 compatible cylinder is zero bitted (all pins are number 0 and key blank is cut to 0 as well).
The 83 S2-300 C6A cylinder can easily be converted from 5 to 6 pin with the included spring, top spool pin and cover. The cylinder comes standard loaded as a 5 pin with one extra empty chamber.
Key blank cut to 0 is a 6 pin length. When keyed to a 5 pin cylinder, this key can easily be trimmed to work in standard Schlage SC1 5 pin locks. Standard 5 pin Schlage SC1 blanks can be found also at any locksmith
83 S2 Series cylinders have a easy rekeying window to quickly replace all bottom pins, to match your existing Schlage house key, without having to remove the plug from the core.
