ABUS X-PLUS Replacement key
IMPORTANT: THIS KEY IS ABUS X-PLUS ONLY.
DO NOT ORDER HERE IF YOUR KEY IS PLUS or any other key. Please look at your key code card.
All ABUS X-Plus keys are special ordered from ABUS key cutting department.
Allow a shipping delay of at least 4 weeks.
Replacement keys cannot be returned or refunded
ABUS X-Plus keys have up to 8 digit codes always preceded with an X
You can find the key code only on the card or tag that came with your lock.
Numbers are 1 through 6 only.
X-Plus keys are mostly used in ABUS 1050 cable, 54, 540 & 58, 59 Extreme U-locks, 59 Extreme chains, 8077 and 8088 Detecto, 68 & 69 Disc Locks and other high end ABUS Locks
Key numbers are NEVER on the lock or associated with any numbers that may be found on the lock.
If you do not have the key code, you can mail a spare key to us for code deciphering.
If you do not have the key code or a spare key, the lock is now a paper weight.

An Abus lock requires specialized service and after checking with several locksmiths locally, I was worried about sending request to Germany. Lockitt came through, checked my order, found an error on my order, fixed it and with fast and reasonable pricing. Turn time was earlier than promised. Will use again!

Important: Keys cut from code cannot always be guaranteed to work. Without the original key in hand, to compare cuts, or the lock available to test the newly cut keys, there is always a small chance something goes wrong. In the event your new keys do not work, we will work with you to find a fix. We may need you to send in the original key or, in worst case scenario, the lock itself.
Replacement keys are not returnable or refundable.
You need the key code to order spare or replacement keys for your lock. This code is either found on the key or a key code card / tag that came with original set of keys.
Numbers on the lock itself are never in any way connected to key numbers.
ABUS Plus and X-Plus keys: If you no longer have the key code but have one spare key left, you can send it to us for code deciphering.
