We lost the tiny keys for ABUS padlocks. Fortunately, we had a record of the code stamped on the key. The webpage for ordering replacements specified a format of one letter followed by five digits. Our code did not fit, but we submitted the order and noted the difference in a comment. Lockitt made the replacement keys, and they work. Total turnaround time was a week or two faster than Lockitt commits to on the webpage.
