IMPORTANT: Cutting keys from code is not always guaranteed to be correct. Machine settings can be off, database or human errors occur or the code stamped on your key can be wrong. After placing your key order, it is advisable to take a clear image of your key and send it to sales@lockitt.com with your order number in the subject line. Being able to compare the cuts on the image with the new key helps the key cutting department to get it right.

I had a U-Lock with a missing key and thankfully found LockItt. I had a picture of my key and used that information to order a new one and it works perfectly!
