Machined from a solid bar of Aircraft Grade 6061 aluminum, our 4060A flat-back puck lock is fitted with a special sleeve to accept most key-in-knob / key-in-lever cylinders from Abloy®, Mul-T-Lock®, ASSA®, Ilco/Lori®, Medeco®, Sargent® and Schlage® or any other compatible brand.

At 14 oz 397 gram, our puck lock weighs about half of other solid steel versions. Use it on trailer or van double rear or side doors in combination with a puck lock hasp and keep your content safe.

This version puck lock has a flat back and is used mostly with a special door hasp like our PL775 Puck Lock Hasp. The back is pre-drilled and threaded to be permanently mounted on one side of our hasp.

Notes on fitting a KIK cylinder: Pretty much any standard KIK/KIL cylinder can be fitted in this lock. However, this is rarely plug & play. Most likely you will have to make some tweaks to the driver to make the lock operate smoothly.
