ABUS 83WP/63-300 Series 2

A highly corrosion resistant padlock for harsh environmental conditions. Body and shackle are hardened steel with NANO PROTECT plating, plastic body casing and an integrated rubber cylinder cap that seals out moisture and grit.

The 83WP/63-300 ships with an ABUS zero-bit (0B) Schlage-compatible cylinder and one matching key blank. "Zero bit" means the cylinder is fully assembled but not yet keyed, so the lock arrives non-functional by design. Take the padlock, the key blank, and one of your existing Schlage keys to a qualified locksmith and they will cut the cylinder — and the blank — to match your bitting. The result: one key for your facility and your padlock.

The cylinder is field-replaceable, so you can later swap in any other ABUS -300 cylinder if you ever need to rekey separately.
