ABUS 25 Series is the same lock body as the 26 and 24 series Diskus but with a high security double sided dimple key with 10.000 differs. ABUS 25 Series is made from all non-corroding components and has a key retaining feature that prevents removing the key while the padlock is unlocked. The round lock body protects the shackle which makes the disc lock extremely hard to defeat. These locks supply the most security for the dollar and are very popular in the self-storage industry.

This was my second order of Abus diskus padlocks from Lockitt. My previous order from Lockitt had arrived very quickly so I decided to order from them again. They came through because I had the locks in hand within 3 days!
I really appreciate Lockitt having quality locks like the ABUS 25/70 in stock and getting my locks to me at lightning speed! There are no Abus retailers in my area and I wouldn't settle for anything less because of these locks' quality construction and pick resistance.
The locks I ordered previously were used to secure storage lockers. For this most recent order I wanted to use the locks to secure the door of a moving truck. I was a little disappointed that the lock opening width was too narrow to fit over the full latch of the door. It will lock the latch with a little fiddling but this lock is made for storage lockers rather than moving trucks.
I ordered this lock along with the Abus 20/70, which has a slightly higher security rating. However, this Abus 25/70 has a much smoother keyway that's less fidgety to unlock. Plus it comes with 5 keys instead of just 2.
