To measure for size, take a tape measure and measure around your leg above the knee.
Take into consideration your pants if you intend to wear these over pants instead of under.
Approximate sizes are:
Small: 12" to 17.5"
Medium: 13" to 19.5"
Large: 14" to 21.5"
