The WBA60 can be mounted on wall or floor (concrete only, not wood).
The 10mm hardened steel shackle is a full D which means it needs to be cut twice to be defeated.
The shackle is secured with a metal cover which is bolted to the concrete floor or wall with 2 heavy duty screws.
Steel ball bearings are driven into the hex bolts once the install is completed.
